Marat Nemeshev told how adaptive e-learning helps to adapt to a new reality and remote work
Marat Nemeshev, Director of the Digital Solutions Department of LANIT-TERCOM, spoke at the AmCham St. Petersburg HR Committee in late May. A round table was organized on the theme “Education in the context of sustainable development”. Participants discussed knowledge and skills for making informed decisions and adapting to a new reality.
Marat Nemeshev presented the report “How adaptive learning helps to adapt to a new reality”: how to start preparing for remote work, how to organize a workplace at home, take care of yourself and work effectively with the team. He spoke about the concepts and practical tools that our company uses in working with young people, as it helped to switch to the remote mode of work at LANIT-TERCOM, which was extended until August 31.
“We were able to take advantage of the results of our work with Area9 Lyceum, by translating and disseminating among our employees an adaptive course on effective work from home. The main thing is that we understood, with which we will return to the “new normality”. Speaking at AmCham St. Petersburg, I discovered a new format - in addition to my report, it was interesting to listen to other speakers, ”comments the Director of the Department of Digital Solutions.
AmCham St. Petersburg is the St. Petersburg branch of the American Chamber of Commerce, which has united dozens of industries for more than 20 years, including the IT sector. AmCham representatives coordinate briefings, seminars and round tables with industry experts and invite government leaders.
