Development of the UMIS Centralized Laboratory System Service
The development of the Unified Moscow Information System (UMIS) involved modernizing the Centralized Laboratory Service (CLS). For 5+ years, our team was responsible for improving and supporting various system’s modules, including critical ones. We managed to significantly broaden our expertise in solving a wide range of tasks.
The key objective during the CLS development was to increase the efficiency of UMIS. Our team managed to expand the system’s functionality in terms of microbiological, cytological and histological laboratory tests.
Automated approach to conducting tests improved the overall performance and reduced time, accelerated the results, ensured the reliability of the transmitted information and helped to optimize the operation of clinical diagnostic laboratories in Moscow.
Additionally, the LANIT-TERCOM team takes part in developing new examinations, research and administrative protocols of the UMIS medical system. We provide full-scale technical support and maintenance to a range of solutions that include medical events managing and result records.
